Kat Carter was born and raised in historic downtown Charleston SC. In 1996, she decided to move to Atlanta, Georgia where she resides. She is an actress, model and nurse who also holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Health care Management. After a promising start in the world of theatre, she broadened her horizons to film and TV. She is known as Nurse McCoy in "Substance Abuse", Tricia in "Bad Practice" and as Joan Wilkins in the motion feature film "The Devil Comes Dressed For Church Too".
