Luca Huff is a Filipino-American producer from Charlottesville, Virginia. He is the creator of the TikTok-viral independent filmmaking collective 1716 Digital, and in 2023, formally founded the 1716 Digital production company in North Carolina.
As of 2023, Huff attends the University of North Carolina School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He expects to graduate with a BFA in Filmmaking with a concentration in Producing from the School of Filmmaking in May of 2025.
