Xavier Saltos Yagual and was born in Santa Elena.
He is the Founder of the Cantonal Political Movement Integración Ciudadana Lista 107 specializing in logistics, social action and territorial organization. He defines himself as an organized leader who knows how to manage time and resources; Responsible, punctual, with ease of speech, capacity for teamwork and a vocation for service.
He is doing his higher studies, where he will work hard to obtain the title of Business Administrator.
At age 14, I decided to become an entrepreneur, forming several businesses. He has worked in various areas, especially in construction and agriculture in the Cantón Santa Elena.
In 2015 he began to be a member of the Alianza PAIS Movement under the leadership of economist Rafael Correa.
I participate as a candidate for Prefect of the Province of Santa Elena for the Popular Unity Movement, list 2, ranking 12 out of the 20 candidates for Prefect.
He will always seek solutions to citizen problems, through the promotion of public policies, especially for the prevention of drug use, education and the generation of entrepreneurship.
In 2023 he hopes to participate for the first Santa Elena Canton Council for his List 107 Movement
