- Additional Crew
- Second Unit Director or Assistant Director
Brittan Jackson, Producer, hails from Knoxville, TN. His love for film started at an early age when he received the Star Wars Special Edition VHS box set for Christmas. He attended Carson-Newman University (2016-2019) and received a degree in Communication Studies with a Minor in Film and Digital Media. Brittan also attended the Los Angeles Film Studies Center during his last semester of college in 2019 and his passion for storytelling and the City of Angels intensified. After returning home during the pandemic, Brittan got his start working in Television at the former Warner Bros. Discovery studio in Knoxville, TN. After a year of working in Knoxville and a quick but busy climb into the Producers' Office, he decided to relocate to LA to pursue Television further as a Segment Producer in hopes of becoming a Showrunner. He is a working Los Angeles-based Unscripted Segment and Associate Producer, and his credits include The Curse of Oak Island (#1 Show on a Cable Network, 2023), Kids' Baking Championship (Children's and Family Emmy Nominee, 2022), The Captain (2022), and The Rebellious Life of Mrs. Rosa Parks (Cinema for Peace Award Nominee, 2023). Brittan is a firm believer in passionate storytelling, and hard work, and doesn't believe the industry should pigeonhole its artists into one discipline. Brittan's first love has always been films, so why not pursue Unscripted while also carving his way into Narrative Features? Missing Pieces (2023) was Brittan's first endeavor at producing a feature film based on a limited crowd-funded budget of $15,300. Brittan has an innate story sense, a practical and logistical mind, a passionate fire for storytelling, and a warm heart for his crew.
