Nikki Berry

Nikki Berry was born in Ville Platte, Louisiana but reside in Houston, Texas with her husband. She is an award nominated gospel singer and her previous acting credits include multiple roles in the stage play "The Messiah of Oz" and "The Gospel According to Scrooge." After reading the novel, Nikki stated: "It is very interesting and brings to light situations many people face." She looks forward to working with Xania Marie on future productions and explained what it means to participate in this production: "I'm excited to be part of a young, African-American woman's dream. I'm grateful to be able to apply my gifts and talents to bring this production to life." Nikki is playing the role of "Annie Williams", the mother of "Tremarcus Williams" on Desiree's Story.
