Raquel M R Thomas is an award winning and GLAAD Nominee. She's an author, screenwriter, director, producer and creator. Raquel graduated from Virginia State University with a degree in Business Marketing, earned a Master's in Business Administration from the University of Maryland University College and earned a certificate from New York University in Film and TV.
In more recent years, Raquel has focused on screenwriting and directing films. As early as the 3rd grade she knew she wanted to be an author and storyteller. Raquel launched Dream Catchers Productions in 2020. She's also the author of eight published books. Raquel has created, directed, produced, and has written stage plays, films, tv shows, podcasts, and music.
