Born and raised in Stockton, CA. Jemel Paculba is a film and television actor based in Northern California. After graduating college with a Social Studies Degree in 2018, Jemel attended Acting Classes at Studio24 in Folsom, CA where he would begin his career as an actor. Jemel is a first generation born Filipino-American. He is not fluent in any Filipino languages but is conversational in Tagalog. He also has some boxing training.
