As a producer, she has overseen numerous short films, an independent feature, a documentary, and a vertical mini-series.
Her vertical mini-series directorial debut, From Contract Lover to Billionaire's Bride, quickly gained widespread attention, trending at number one across platforms like SnackShort, DramaBox, JoyReel, and LiteTV for several weeks. Evey's passion for storytelling, especially in the exploration of female characters and their internal conflicts and suppression has been showcased in her films, which have earned selections at Oscar-qualifying festivals. Before making her mark in the U.S., she worked at DX Media in Shanghai, producing and editing a video that garnered over 400k views on Bilibili, the second-highest view count on the channel at the time. As a female filmmaker of color and a self-professed psychology enthusiast, Evey continues to craft emotionally charged narratives that resonate deeply with audiences.
