Seems like magic is becoming a bit of a micro-trend in movies. At first there was just “The Magical Burt Wonderstone” and now we’ve got “Desperate Acts of Magic,” directed by Tammy Caplan and Joe Tyler Gold and starring Gold, Valerie Dillman, Jonathan Levit, John Getz and many world-class magicians.
