Nelson James (born James Nelson Smith) is an American actor & singer from the Coastal Bend area of South Texas. Nelson first got his start in acting in a stage production of Les Miserables as the charismatic young leader Enjolras. Nelson went on to study film and stage acting at Texas State University in San Marcos, Texas while earning a degree in Advertising. Nelson's primary residence is in Los Angeles, California.
