Originally a dance student Helen completed 2 years of acting study and on graduating was cast by Hungarian director
Antal Kovacs to play the troubled girlfriend of a drug addict in his feature film Hwerow Hweg (2002). Helen attended the London
premier at The Houses of Parliament, a first for any film in the world.
She was later cast opposite British actress Mary Woodvine in the award winning psychological horror The Lark (2007) which received praise for it's stark performances and came away with best film and cinematography prizes at a number of film festivals. She has since carved a career in independent film, theater and audio book narration.
