Cristiano Mori was born in San Miniato in the province of Pisa on August 20, 1976. He graduated in industrial chemistry, but in the meantime he made his debut at the Municipal Theater of Bagni di Lucca at the age of 15 with a direction by Alberto Pozzolini. In 1999 he moved to Rome where he studied in a private school and graduated in acting in 2004. In his early Roman years he will participate in more than 40 shows of various kinds from comedy to tragedy, passing through historical theaters such as the Teatro Belli in Trastevere, the Palladium in Garbatella and the Vittoria Theater in Testaccio. With a show at the Teatro Civile, he receives the Paolo Borsellino National Award 2010. He also delights in cabaret where his "hilarious Tuscan" leads him to perform in various Roman clubs and in the splendid setting of Castel Sant'Angelo during the "Nights animated on the Terraces. of Castel Sant 'Angelo ".
He attended a script writing course for 2 years with Pier Paolo Piciarelli (Zoran, my stupid nephew, Almost heroes) and the collaboration of Massimo Gaudioso.
In 2014 he wrote his first film script "Il Sarto dei Tedeschi" which he himself will produce in 2015. This work, still distributed, receives many awards as best short film in National and International Festivals and Cristiano Mori will be awarded the "Angelo Infanti award. "as best interpreter. Il Sarto dei Tedeschi was in competition at the "David di Donatello 2016" and present at the "Festival de Cannes 2016". The author is working on the drafting and pre-production of the same feature film.
In 2017 he returned to live in San Miniato, where he staged two autobiographical and social shows: "Qui il Titolo" and above all "Un Kilometer of Distance" which speaks of the difficult reality encountered by disability in a "distracted world". In 2019 he founded "Le ali di Icaro", the acting school where he is still director and teacher.
In 2020 he writes, directs and interprets "It was better when it was better", still on tour in Italy.
