Emerging actor Malek Alkoni best known for his leading role in Last King Of The Cross as Teen John Ibrahim, began his acting career in 2021 when he filmed the television series The Power (alongside Auili'i Carvalho) for Amazon Prime Video and Inside Man (alongside David Tennant) for BBC/Netflix
Born in Spain to Libyan parents, Malek grew up in Morocco and now resides in the UK. As a result, not only is Malek multilingual, but is the first Libyan actor in history to work with Netflix (Inside Man), Amazon Prime Video (The Power) and now Paramount+ (Last King Of The Cross).
Malek is represented by Warren Bacci at TTA, he was scouted by the agency who launched his acting career - having not considered it before.
