Son of Cuban and Colombian immigrants focused on telling exciting and unique stories. Focused on telling character-driven stories through natural framing and cinematography, ala John Cassavetes, he has always believed that the power of story through film can be one of the greatest agents of change.
Along with his writing/producing partner Ian Ray, the duo known as Cheek & Cheese is a content-creation duo whose singular goal is simply to entertain. Through their YouTube Channel, The Vicious Racket, their specialties, and styles show their talent for creating character-driven original narratives that look to elevate the genre or medium they work on. Because they are filmmakers with skills and experience in all aspects of the process, from creative development to directing, shooting, and editing, every part of their work brings the consideration of every element of the craft. But at the end of the day, they strive with each project to make a distinct piece of content that captivates audiences and leaves you changed for the better.
Graduate of the University of Georgia's MFA Film and TV Production Program in the Producer/Writer track. Graduate of the University of Central Florida's BA in Film and TV Production. Short Film Decline gained entry and screen at the Orlando International Film Festival.
