Simone Brazzini is an actor/creator born in Lima, Peru and raised in Dallas, Texas. Simone started acting at the age of 2 in their pre-school shows, but soon learned that acting would be a life long passion. In 5th grade Simone was a founding member of the drama club for their school where they co-wrote and acted in two plays. In middle and high school they were in over 10 plays and 4 films, the president of their improv troupe, and the president and founder of film club.
After graduating high school, Simone moved to Chicago to pursue a BFA in Acting and a minor in Film Production from DePaul University and graduated in June 2022. While at DePaul, Simone was in 6 plays and numerous short films both on screen and off. Their senior year Simone produced, wrote, directed, edited, and starred in their first self made short A is for Ally. That same year, Simone was also cast in their first SAG-AFTRA project called Wizdom, a sci-fi pilot shot in Chicago's CineCity Studios where they played Vayle.
Recently, Simone founded Vibes Video, a production company centering bipoc, lgbtq, and neurodiverse voices. Vibes Video has produced a sketch, a pilot, and a short film that was selected for the Bare Bones Film Festivals. Currently, they are in development for their feature film, My Name is Blue, which won Best Scene at WildSound's Diversity Film Festival.
Other than acting, Simone loves rock climbing, hiking, writing poetry, and moseying about in nature.
