Scot Rubin was the creator and developer of the All Games Network in
1995, an interactive website that focused on electronic gaming. It was
centered around "Game Time!", a talk show Rubin hosted and produced
that was sent over the Internet via streaming video. In 1997, Pseudo
Programs bought the All Games Network and Rubin became the Vice
President of Gaming Content for Pseudo Programs. Later, Rubin's
position title changed to Vice President of Gaming and Sports Content.
In 1999, Pseudo Programs entered into a unique partnership with the NFL
Quarterback Club, and Rubin was responsible for producing programming
with NFL quarterbacks, including Bernie Kosar and Boomer Esiason.
Around 2000, Rubin was a programmer and Internet consultant for Comcast
Cable (parent company of G4) and helped develop the original G4
programming plan, a five-year revenue forecast for the company's
Internet division, and a prototype website. After he finished the
prototype in January 2001, Rubin formed Fountain Web Design, the
Internet division of Fountain Productions, where he developed websites
for the marketing departments of various motion picture studios. Today,
in addition to being the supervising producer and co-host of G4tv.com (2005),
Rubin is the Vice President, Editorial at G4 and publishes the G4
Newsletter.
