Kevin Moriarity

Kevin Douglas Moriarity was born in Calgary, AB to his mother Lori and father Martin. Attending junior high and high school drama classes Kevin developed a passion for the performance. A couple years after completing high school he moved out to the west coast in the hope of making it as an actor. After attending several auditions and receiving some less then constructive feedback Kevin returned home to Calgary to swear off acting for live. It wasn't until Kevin received a call from a friend needing help looking after his little boy while the friend was doing a costume fitting for a production happen at the time called "The Last of Us"

Kevin was cast as a background actor on "The Last of Us" but that experience lit the fire again and since 2021 Kevin was worked several projects from small indie films like "Dark Match" and 'The Birds Who Fear Death" to large network shows like "Joe Pickett", "Billy The Kid" and 'My Life with the Walter Boys"

Most recently Kevin has been working on the short film "Check Engine" that centers around Men's mental health and the stigmas men are labeled with in society. This project was written by Kevin Moriarity a Jesus Ortiz, as well they are the lead producers and talent on camera too.

Kevin has co-founded Syndicate Films INC with partners Chad Rook and Jesus Ortiz, which is a TV & Film production company based out of Calgary, AB

Kevin is Also a co-founder of the acting school APEX ACTING STUDIOS in Calgary, AB.
