Israel Acevedo, is an Latino/American actor. Born in Jersey City, NJ, he attended New Jersey City University performing arts school studying singing/acting. He fell in love with performing on stage and pursued a career in acting. In 1999 he put acting aside and began to work in municipal government where he received extensive training in investigations, unarmed defensive tactics, police and governmental functions and tactical operations. Always wanting to pursue his passion, in 2018 he would eventually return back to acting. He is taking additional acting courses instructed by Actor/Producer Joshua Nelson to further his career in film and television.
