Chris Jay Becker

Chris Jay Becker made his stand-up debut in 1986 at the world-famous Improv
in Hollywood. Working open-mic nights at such Hollywood clubs as the
Improv and the Laugh Factory, Chris shared the stage with other new
comics including Pauly Shore, Paul Feig, Dylan Brody, and Kim Wayans.
He recently made a comeback to the comedy stage in Iowa, where he has
lives and works.
Chris has had two stage-plays produced, and is an ASCAP-member songwriter. It was as a singer-songwriter that he appeared on GAC's "The Next GAC Star."
Chris has written several original screenplays.
He was an extra in David Mickey Evans' "The Final Season," and in Jeff Lipsky's "Twelve-Thirty."
