Daughter of Raymond (b. 1954) and Brenda (née Darwin) Howard (b. 1953).

Has an older brother, Andrew Mark Howard (b. 1979).

Trained at the Birmingham School of Acting.

Both her parents and older brother are all actors.

Yoga enthusiast and is trained in ballroom dancing. She also has a degree in Mezzo-Soprano singing.
