Sara started acting and singing at the age of 10, always participating in school choir and plays.
Her first work professionally as an actress was in the year of 1998, just after graduating High School. She has since then played various of leading parts in a small farce- and murder mystery theatre company namned friluftsteater.se, where she is also a script writer and one of the founders. Her musical education she got from Balettakademien Stockholm and Kulturama Musikal.
Alongside with her work for friluftsteater.se, she is a freelance actress, with singing-acting assignments for other theatre companies, but also improvisation-based acting assignments for The Swedish Armed Forces and The Swedish Police School, training personell to meet for example crime victims or perpetrators "as close to reality as possibly". Sara has a leading role in Swedish Academy Award (Guldbaggen) nominated feature film LEO, as well as in several shorts.
