Afterwards, she left for Poland with her husband and his parents. She has a son with Andrzej named Mariusz Luszczewski. They all settled down together in the north-western Polish city of Szczecin in the early 1980s, where Agnihotri now runs several Indian restaurants. Her love story with her husband is being made into a Polish romantic comedy film in 2018. Her son Mariusz said that 70 percent of the filming will take place in India, whereas 30 percent in Szczecin. The film is co-produced by Michal Kwiecinski from Akson Studio in Poland and Phantom Films in India.
- She has the distinction of being one of the first Indian women to open a Indian food restaurant in Poland in the 1980s. In 2016, she, her son Mariusz, and her sister Rati Agnihotri joined together to open another Indian restaurant in Poland.
