Geppi Cucciari is an Italian author and presenter.
She made her debut in Zelig in 2001 and in 2002 she started working in the theatre where she wrote and performed in several stage shows, including "Full Metal Geppi", "Maionese" and "Si vive una volta. Sola", co-written with Lucio Wilson, and directed by Paola Galassi. She played the role of Morticia in the musical "The Addams Family", directed by Giorgio Gallione and since 2017 she has performed in "Perfetta" a monologue written and directed by Mattia Torre.
After "Zelig Circus" (2005-2009), she hosted numerous programmes, including "Italia's Got Talent" (Channel 5), "G'Day" (La7). For Rai: "Per un pugno di libri", "Rai Pipol", "Che Succ3de?". She has presented the last three finals of the Premio Strega book prize, and Rai 3's "Splendida Cornice" on Thursday evenings, in prime time.
Since 2015, she has hosted, alongside Giorgio Lauro, the radio programme "Un giorno da Pecora", on RadioRai1. She acted in the sitcom "Belli Dentro" and in the cinema where she has played numerous roles working with Carlo Verdone, Giovanni Veronesi and Paolo Zucca. She played a part in Ferzan Ozpetek's film "Diamanti". She has hosted the David di Donatello Awards nomination ceremony at the Presidential Palace for several years and she co-hosted the 75th edition of the Sanremo Festival alongside Carlo Conti and Mahmood.
