John Fahy is an American writer, director, and producer for film and television, best known for Rock N' Rolled, The Men Who Built America (2012), and Smothered by Mothers (2019). He is also the co-founder and chief creative officer of Notorious Productions.
Fahy began his career in the early 1990s at Miramax Films, where he helped grow the upstart art-house film distributor into an indie movie powerhouse, racking up billions in box office, and scores of Academy Award nominations, including three Best Picture wins.
Fahy left Miramax in the early 2000s to become a highly-sought-after script doctor and movie fixer, before ultimately moving into writing and directing his own original projects.
