Guilherme Valiengo is a Documentary Filmmaker and Producer.
In 2013, he released his first feature film as a director, Grey City, a documentary about São Paulo graffiti and the unfolding of the Clean City law in the city of São Paulo. The project was selected at the It's All True Festival, Films Du Monde Festival, Montreal, Canada, Zurich film Festival, Warsaw Film Festival, Poland, São Paulo International Film Festival, Doc Fest, Munich, Germany, Leeds Film Festival, England, 2014, DOC NYC, New York, USA, 2014, Art Mídia, Helsinki, Finland, 2014, Festival Cinema Novo, Havana, Cuba, 2014 and Noise Pop, San Francisco, USA, 2014. In 2016, he directed the documentary series entitled Derby Days, a project about the greatest classics in world football for the Mais Globosat channel. In 2021, he released his second feature film, the documentary named Outro Rolê, a film that addresses the use of bicycles in peripheral areas and the cycle activist movement in the city of São Paulo. In 2021, he also released the short film "Entrega", a documentary made during the pandemic and filmed by delivery men on the streets of SP. That was a film selected by the Bicycle Film Festival in NY, in the year 2022. In 2022, as assistant director released the "Transamazônica-Uma Estrada Para o Passado series, for the HBO channel with general direction by Jorge Bodanzky. In 2024, will be released Bike SP, a documentary series about bicycle in the city of São Paulo for the TVT channel.
