- Mark S. Fordham is known for Saints and Soldiers: The Void (2014), Scrubs (2001) and Saints and Soldiers (2003).
- Member of the 501st Legion, a worldwide all-volunteer Star Wars costuming club, and was elected as its international president in 2006. Doing charity and promotional appearances as Darth Vader, he also marched in the 2007 Tournament of Roses Parade fronting 200 fellow-member stormtroopers. As president he served as the club's liaison with Lucasfilm Ltd. Mike Johansen is a member as well.
- Police Officer from 1985 to 2005. For 13 of those 20 years he was assigned to S.W.A.T. as a Police sniper. He graduated 1st in his class at the Tennessee Law Enforcement Training Academy in Donelson, Tennessee, and received the Academy's "Outstanding Officer" award.
- Served as a volunteer missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints from 1983 to 1985.
- Avid singer/songwriter, especially in regards to Christmas music.
- Volunteers with the Humane Society of Utah (Transport, Transfer/Intake, and Events teams).
