Born in Charlotte, North Carolina to Jeanette Manning and Evan Webster.
She has an older brother Andrew. Rachel graduated from The Madeira
School in McLean, Virginia in 2002. She graduated from Ithaca College
in upstate NY with a degree in Video Production in 2006. While in
college she did semesters away from campus in both Los Angeles and
London. She has always had a love of television, that began in middle
school, along with her love of the Beatles. Rachel moved to New York
City in January 2007 to begin her career in production.
