Cole Bastedo

Cole Bastedo is an Emmy-nominated, 2x Writers Guild of Canada Award-winning TV writer/producer who most recently worked as a Co-Executive Producer on Home Sweet Rome for Max, and the Emmy nominated Holly Hobbie for Hulu. Born in small town Waterdown, Ontario, Cole has written for shows like Degrassi, Odd Squad, The LA Complex, Good Witch, Mr. Young, Some Assembly Required, The Next Step, and Go Away Unicorn!. Cole's won 2 Writers Guild of Canada Awards out of 7 nominations, he's been thrice nominated for Canadian Screen Awards, nominated for an Emmy, and named one of Playback Magazine's "Ten to Watch" in 2010. Cole's excited about family, television, graphic novels, animation, music, and board games. He loves coming-of-age Amblin movies and hopes to one day come-of-age himself.
