Tim's parents were divorced when he and his brother were very young. The boys were raised by their mother, Linda. After the divorce, Tim and his family were homeless. They lived in the back room of a daycare center for over a year.

Although they struggled financially, their mother made sure the boys always had everything they needed. Linda worked two and three jobs at a time to save money. She always instilled a strong sense of drive and work ethic.

When the boys were teenagers, she remarried. Tim's step-father, Lyle, turned out to be the nicest dad any kid could ask for.

Tim started mowing yards to make extra money in the eighth grade. He saved every penny he earned. A neighbor jokingly told him he should think about investing some of his mowing money in the stock market.

Always the entrepreneur, Tim started calling brokerage houses. With the approval of his mother, he opened his first account with $500 at the age of fourteen. He studied the ins and outs of trading. By the time he was sixteen, "Penny Stocks," as they were called, made people rich overnight.

Upon graduation, Tim invested some of his money in an up and coming golf club company. At the age of eighteen, he was the youngest CEO in the country. He built the business by leaps and bounds. After two years, he sold the golf club business to a division of Futjisu.

During the next year, he and several friends would cook all morning and in the afternoon they'd go out and deliver hot meals to the less fortunate. Tim even organized a concert to benefit the homeless.

Soon thereafter, he bought a compact disc manufacturing company. With the popularity of CDs and DVDs, he made a healthy profit when he sold out three years later.

After meeting many celebrities through his compact disc business, Tim decided he wanted to host large events and concerts for a living. He started working with everyone from Nelly and Jay-Z to Elton John and Tracy Lawrence. He organized Superbowl concerts, celebrity basketball games and movie premieres. Most of the events benefited animal rescue shelters and other charitable causes.

In 2003, Tim had the good fortune of meeting a location scout for The Punisher, a movie being filmed in Florida. Tim volunteered his assistance in helping find large houses for several keys scenes in the movie.

In addition to offering his own home, Tim was also able to secure a 26,000 square foot home within a few days. This home served as Howard Saint's (John Travolta) estate in the movie. After the movie, Tim went back to working with celebrities and athletes on various charity projects.

In August of 2005, his mother died of cancer at the age of fifty-five. Tim took some time off and traveled almost continuously.

In March of 2007, he was driving and had a great idea for a movie. He bought several books on how to write a screenplay. In four days, he wrote over a hundred pages and Intent was born.

He called some of the people he helped with The Punisher. Other than some formatting errors, they thought the story was very compelling. After a few re-writes, Intent was filmed in Michigan in December of 2008 with Tim as the Director.

Tim recently signed a three year deal with New Castle Entertainment to help produce four more films that he also wrote.
