Christina Mitropoulou is a screenwriter, actress and producer.
Christina is the creator and executive producer of two limited series. She has penned 60 hours of television on shows which have aired in Greece, Romania, Bulgaria and Serbia.
Her short films "Angelos Nomas" and "Newstria", where she also serves as a producer, got recognition at the international festival circuit while "Newstria" was chosen to be taught at a Philosophy and Film course at Midwestern State University.
She is the author of "Ballad of Reading Gaol" a rock musical she wrote for the arena band KollektivA. It sold out one of Athens' most prestigious theaters and recouped within a month.
She is the founder of The Owl Script Development Workshop. She holds a BA from Yale University and a Masters in Creative Writing from University of Oxford. She is a member of the International Academy of Television Arts and Sciences (International Emmys).
