Raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania, Kevin grew up in a small town of just short of 4,000. He attended Waynesburg High School and Waynesburg University before transferring and finishing his college career at California University of PA.
As a kid, Kevin played soccer, ran track, and was a member of the Boy Scouts. Kevin started studying tap and jazz while in middle school and continued through college. He was a member of his school's theater department, television workshop, stage crew, band, and choir. Kevin also performed as the high school's mascot from 2002-2005. After high school, Kevin took a job working as the mascot (The "Wildthing") for the Washington Wildthings and the Pittsburgh Riverhounds "Amo." He also performed for Froggy / Pickle radio, and as the Consol Energy dog.
In 2006, Kevin made his first appearance on the big screen as a background artist in the movie "She's out of My League." While working on Abduction, he made the jump to crew, working as a production assistant. He would spend the next ten years working on movies across the US working with a traveling group of PA's from PA. In 2016 he returned to Cal U. to finish his degree before returning to film and moving to NYC. He spent two additional years in the industry before making the decision to leave and explore other careers, moving back to his small town in Pennsylvania in 2019.
