Jack Bremen is one of the rare individuals who possesses a broad professional skill set and a true zest for life. With experience ranging from the creative and performing arts to marketing and technology, Jack is comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, at his computer, in a business meeting, or on a surfboard. His diverse career has included work in nearly every facet of communications, from academia and technology to media production and photography.
Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, Jack grew up with a passion for skateboarding, emerging technology, and storytelling. An outgoing young man with the right mix of intelligence and southern charm, Jack began his career in the tech industry, after receiving his bachelor's degree in marketing from the University of Texas at Arlington.
Drawn towards the creative arts, Jack relocated to Tampa, where he earned a master's degree in mass communications from the University of South Florida. While at USF Jack was awarded the Garner Rose O'Brien Halderman Endowed Scholarship, granted to a student who demonstrates promise and potential in the field of mass communications.
While living in Tampa, Jack launched Zoon, Inc., a digital media and marketing company, and also began working in front of the camera. Jack studied acting, performed on stage, and acted in commercials, infomercials, PSAs, and independent films, and worked as on air talent at the Home Shopping Network, representing multiple product lines.
While pursuing creative endeavors, Jack continued to gain experience in marketing and media production. He has provided product marketing, technology training, and numerous aspects of content creation, including the development of marketing materials, press releases, websites, videos, and photography. Jack's Florida-based projects also included: producing content for Community Access Television in Tampa; shooting and editing educational content for the Florida Center for Instructional Technology; editing the Golf Connection television show; and editing video for the "Back Softball" campaign for the International Softball Federation. He also wrote, cast, directed, shot, edited, and produced a 30-minute short film.
After moving to New York City, Jack continued his creative arts training, further studying acting, completing improv at UCB (Upright Citizen's Brigade), and securing SAG-AFTRA status (now Fi-Core). Behind the camera Jack shot and edited celebrity interviews, red carpet events, and edited reels for actors. He also regularly shot and edited content for Rodale and Women's Wear Daily. In New York Jack also wrote, cast, directed, shot, edited, and produced a three part comedy drama web series, and worked on the production of other independent short films.
Feeling a call to head west, Jack moved to Los Angeles. He also continues to perform, and is in pre-production on his first feature length film. Embracing the LA lifestyle, when Jack isn't working he enjoys skateboarding, surfing, tennis, and hiking. And as a native Texan and a fire-eater, he is also a hot sauce connoisseur and takes full advantage of the abundance of SoCal Mexican fare. He lives in Marina del Rey with his wife, where they enjoy daily sea lion sightings and living within walking distance of the beach.
