Nicole Signore was born in Upstate, New York. She began modeling in print ads and television commercials at the age of two and performed in front of her first live audience at the age of five when she appeared in the televised version of Disney on Ice's "Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs" as one of the magical forest children.

Nicole graduated with a Bachelors of Arts in Multimedia Communications from SUNY Empire State College in Saratoga, NY and an Associates Degree in Music and Theater From SUNY Schenectady College in Schenectady, NY. She began working on stage professionally for theaters, such as Steamer 10 Children's Theater, Capital Repertory Theater, Proctors Theater, The Saratoga Performing Arts Center, The Medicine Theater, as well as several off-Broadway and Broadway theater houses in New York City, where she earned her Actors Equity Association card.

Nicole began her transition from stage to TV and Film with her on-screen acting performances in roles such as Page in "Kill Your Darlings" (Sony Picture Classics, 2013) alongside Daniel Radcliffe, Jack Huston, Daniel Dhann and Ben Foster, directed by John Krokidas; and as her role as a revolutionary war heroine named Jemima Warner in "Benedict Arnold: Hero Betrayed" (2021) alongside Peter O'Meara, narrated by Martin Sheen and directed by Chris Sterns; and as Female Newscaster in "Detour" (2010) directed by Patty Richardson.

Nicole has had smaller featured roles in films such as "Furlough" (2018), where she played an AA member alongside Melissa Leo, directed by Laurie Collyer; After Party"(2017), where she played a mischievous party girl with Steven Guttenberg and Sean Kleier, directed by Amos Poster; and "Then Came You" (2018), where she played a cancer support group member with Maisie Williams, directed by Peter Hutchings.

Nicole's international film and television credits include the German TV series "Katie Fforde" (2014), directed by Helmut Metzger, where she played a paralegal alongside Ursula Karven.

Nicole also has had acting roles in various web series and short films, such as the blond referee in season two of "The Wig People"(2014) directed by Todd Birmingham, and as Casandra in "Purgatory" (2014), a sci-fi series directed by T. George McArdle that is a spin-off from the Twilight Zone.

Nicole is a proud member of the Screen Actors Guild and she has won two best actress awards. She won Best Scream Queen at the Shocker Horror Film Festival in Hollywood, California, presented by actor and former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Best Horror Film Vixen at the Atlanta, GA film festival for her role as a vampire slayer Maria Hunter in the independent cult horror classic "Blood Lust" (2004), directed by Micheal Kazlo

In addition to acting on screen Nicole has Worked in many different departments on set, however her ability to do impersonations allowed her to be called upon for work as a picture and stunt double for many actresses such as: Mena Suvari in "What Lies Below," Chloe Sevigney in "The Dead Don't Die," Elizabeth Olsen in "Peace, Love and Misunderstanding," Juno Temple in "One Percent More Humid" and "The Pretenders. She has also written and produced several 24-, 48- and 72- hour film competition shorts and a television commercial for GM Motors.

Nicole is an animal rights activist and her hobbies include the martial arts and collecting classic Ford Mustangs. She holds a black belt in five different styles of martial arts including Taekwondo that earned her a candidacy for the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, Australia. Her skills in weaponry and years of training and teaching self-defense, fitness and mixed martial arts also landed her a Fight Choreography Director position for an episode of the NBC television show "The Mysteries of Laura" (2014).

Nicole's vintage car collection has appeared in several television shows and movies such as Columbia Pictures' "Salt" (2009), "Ted K" (2020), and the HBO TV series "I Know This Much is True" (2019)
