Hiro Murai

Hiro Murai was born in Tokyo, Japan in 1983 to Japanese popular music composer Kunihiko Murai.
Directed many music videos including The Shins "It's Only Life".
Nominated for the 2018 Emmy Award in the Outstanding Directing For A Comedy Series category for Teddy Perkins (2018), but lost to Amy Sherman-Palladino for Pilot (2017).
In 2019 he co-founded with Nate Matteson the production company Super Frog.
Graduated from USC.
