As a development specialist, Ben works with artists outside the Hollywood norm, striving for a new freedom in cinematic storytelling. As a producer, their films include "Three Fingers" (Sidewalk, Raindance) "Tormenting the Hen" (Indie Memphis, Sidewalk) and "Homewrecker" (Fantasia, Fantastic Fest). For the Slamdance Group, they are head of development at the Indie Awards, and a senior programmer at the film festival. In a past life Ben was a film critic and editor at Screen Anarchy.
