Bethany's first stage performance was at the age of five, as a star (in the sky) in a Christmas pageant.

She can sing the Candle Blessing in Hebrew after playing Sunny Freitag in The Last Night of Ballyhoo.

She has auditioned for several interior design-related television shows, but was not cast. Her first film role, however, was as an interior designer in Tempest Productions' "I'll Take Care of You.".

Her stage name includes her maiden name, Hubbard, because she'd compare herself to "Old Mother Hubbard" to be memorable in auditions. Her full stage name is Bethany Hubbard Jones.

Bethany is the host of the State of Utah's weatherization program videos, an educational YouTube series that teaches homeowners about energy efficiency.

In high school, Bethany was voted "Most Unique" and "Worst Hair".
