Producer Migdalia was born in Cuba and moved to the United States as a
child in the early 1960s. She graduated from Florida International
University in Miami with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.
Throughout her life, she has worked in various prestigious companies as
an accountant.
Her destiny was to change when she met her cameraman husband, Ray, in 1997, and started accompanying him on assignments ranging from celebrity interviews to soap operas. They both worked together on a documentary that was filmed in the Everglades National Park and produced several short films, including "I Know a Riddle", "The Dinosaur Quiz", and "The Monster Quiz".
In the year 2005, the husband-wife team decided to produce their first feature film together, "Detour to Hell". During the filming of the movie, she wore many hats, including those of makeup artist, song composer, script continuity supervisor, assistant director, office manager, as well as producer.
In 2006, a second feature film was produced, "Stoned Dead", which was showcased at the Miami Independent Film and Music Festival. Several other projects are currently in development for future production.
