Frequent collaborators and co-directors Martin Scorsese and David Tedeschi’s upcoming documentary, “Personality Crisis: One Night Only,” will premiere April 14 at 8 p.m. on Showtime.

“Personality Crisis: One Night Only” has also released a trailer providing audiences a peek into the lives of Johansen, the one-time New York Dolls lead singer who later performed as Buster Poindexter. Focusing on Johansen, his legacy and his special January 2020 performance, the film documents the punk legend as he “regales the audience with stories and music illuminating the art and cultural evolution of New York City,” according to the film’s logline.

A family-friendly version of the “Fast & Furious” world revved up at Universal City’s AMC Theatre on Saturday, with Vin Diesel bringing 11-year-old daughter Similce to the premiere of the Netflix and DreamWorks animated series, “Fast & Furious: Spy Racers,” which features both of their voices and Diesel as an executive producer.

The streaming show is the first TV spinoff of the 18-year-old film franchise and will tide fans over before “Fast & Furious 9” hits theaters next May. “Fast & Furious: Spy Racers” focuses on Dominic Toretto’s cousin Tony (voiced by “Teen Wolf’s” Tyler Posey) and his group of young, spy-race recruit friends. Similce lends her voice to the newly created character of Sissy Benson, the sister of one of Tony’s crew members, Frostee (voiced by Luke Youngblood). “Fast & Furious: Spy Racers” marks her acting debut.

Briana Cuoco has been cast in HBO Max’s “The Flight Attendant” in the recurring role of Cecilia. The series details the chilling story of a flight attendant (Kaley Cuoco) who wakes up in the wrong hotel, in the wrong bed, with a dead man — and no idea what happened. The dark comedic thriller is based on the novel of the same name by New York Times best-selling author Chris Bohjalian. Greg Berlanti, Cuoco, Sarah Schechter, Steve Yockey, Meredith Lavender and Marcie Ulin are executive producers of the series with Suzanne McCormack of Yes, Norman Productions and Susanna Fogel, who also directs the first two episodes.

The Fast & Furious franchise is speeding to Netflix with the new original animated series Fast & Furious: Spy Racers, and Universal Pictures and DreamWorks Animation have released the first images and the cast of the new series that debuts December 26.

Keeping it in the Fast & Furious family, Spy Racers features Dominic Toretto’s (Vin Diesel) teenage cousin Tony Toretto (Tyler Posey), who is recruited by a government agency along with his friends to infiltrate an elite racing league serving as a front for a crime organization called SH1FT3R that is bent on world domination.

The series is executive produced by Diesel, Neal H. Moritz, Chris Morgan, Tim Hedrick and Bret Haaland, who also serve as showrunners. Netflix has announced the cast for its upcoming “Fast & Furious” series, “Spy Racers,” with “Teen Wolf” alum Tyler Posey set to headline the animated kids show.

Posey will voice Tony Toretto, who follows in the footsteps of his cousin Dom (played by Vin Diesel in the film series) when he and his friends are recruited by a government agency to infiltrate an elite racing league serving as a front for a nefarious crime organization bent on world domination.

He’ll be joined in the voice cast by Camille Ramsey, Luke Youngblood, Charlet Chung, Jorge Diaz and Manish Dayal. Diesel’s real-life daughter, Similce Diesel, will also lend her voice to the series in a guest role.

It's time to say grace for race scenes as the popular franchise heads to Netflix in animated form.

Who's ready for some Brrrm Brrrm rrrrrrrraaaaacccee scenes in animated form? The high octane Fast & Furious franchise is heading to Netflix as an animated series in partnership with DreamWorks animation. You read that right. Not an animated movie. An animated series, and it's called Fast & Furious Spy Racers. No word on how many seasons there will be but previous DreamWorks series have had multiple season commitments so it's probable we'll be seeing more than one year of race scenes. We've also got an official release date!
