Paul Nobrega

Paul took an atypical road to an acting career. He started out working on advanced research projects under a secret security clearance with a prominent defense contractor. Having caught the acting bug a few years earlier, he decided to quit his job and go for it. He started out doing industrial films for Fortune 500 companies, playing of all things, a business professional. More recently known for playing doctors, Paul played a cardiologist on ABC's Family Tools, opposite JK Simmons, an OB/Gyn to Gina Rodriquez's Jane, on Jane The Virgin, a prison doctor on Criminal Minds opposite Joe Mantegna, and even a psychiatrist hunting down an escaped patient, in Fox's, Meet The Marks. He took two turns on the Broadway National Tour of A Christmas Story, playing the "Old Man." He was the international spokesperson, "The Movieologist" for Cinemark Theaters for several years. Paul also works as a voice-over artist in TV and radio, most recently playing the title character in the 9-part audio series Hothouse Bruiser, and a sentient A.I. in the 6-part series, The Division.
