In 1984 where The Ghostbusters, The Terminator & The Karate Kid arrived in the cinemas and took over the world a little Baby named "RENO!" was born.
After he literally grew up in a Videostore in the 80's and 90's he decided to become a director - He is now a multi award winning tvc director who discovered his interest in film and television at the tender age of eight years and has pursued it passionately since then. He is fascinated with the medium's ability to touch people and at the same time to open up different perspectives, worlds and realities. Among other areas, he specialized in TV Promos, TVCs & Online Videos, which offer creative space for the realization of unconventional ideas. But his love for fiction tv series & films never stopped. So he works on this one too from time to time!
He also was one of the founding members of the insane4frame GmbH & Co.KG company in Munich, Germany which specialized in VFX for international blockbuster films & global tvc campaigns (e.g. Gamer, Underworld - Rise of the Lycans, Percy Jackson) . After 3 years he left the company in good faith and build a new creative company called MR Director & DP Team GbR for tvc campaigns and only for CD/Directing & DP work.
Until today he worked worldwide on over 2000 projects for the biggest agencies & clients and is still working as a freelance Director and sometimes Creative Director for different production houses, agencies and clients under the name RENO!
After 18 years in the tv commercial business he made in 2022 his fiction debut as one of the new directors for the 5th Season of Beyond Belief - Fact or Fiction with Jonathan Frakes also known as X Faktor - Das Unfassbare.
RENO! became especially famous to work with a lot of national (German) & international Celebrities - Hosts - Comedians - Entrepreneurs - Artists - Actors & Athletes.
