Rayford Lee Sewell II was born in Houston, Texas. He is an actor, known for The Deuce (2017), Hawaii Five-0 (2010), and Longmire (2012).
He had his first on screen appearance shooting in Austin, Tx with Willie Nelson. His first television debut was on Body of Proof (2011). Rayford made appearances in national commercials such as Nissan, Budweiser, Bud Light, and Apple to name a few.
In his early life Rayford performed in theater productions throughout his life and has starred in plays such as 'Peter Pan' by Scottish novelist J. M. Barrie and 'Harvey' by the American playwright Mary Chase.
As a natural musician, he taught himself to sing, play guitar, and harmonica which eventually led him to create his own original music. He has performed in venues around Sunset Boulevard including the infamous Viper Room, and has made several appearances at Austin's music festival SXSW.
At age six he began to swim competitively and eventually swam Butterfly, for the Division I school S.M.U. in Dallas, Tx. He eventually graduated from Texas State University.
