- Is the creative director and manager of Freakling Bros. Horror Shows, the seasonal family business. His father, the owner of the company, turned him on to "all things frightening" at a young age.
- Favorite movie is Roman Polanski's "Cul-de-sac".
- Although now he and his family runs a large haunted house production (Freakling Bros.) in the Las Vegas valley, they began much smaller, creating elaborate horror/haunted scares that they ran out of their own home. At the end of the haunt, trick-or-treaters had the option of picking a smaller piece of candy from a relatively "safe" distance from the final haunt. However, those who were up for a bigger thrill could venture closer to the scare factor in order to get a larger candy bar. The haunt was so popular there was always a long line leading up to the house, and often you would find kids running, screaming from the house from the spook.
- His favorite writer is Flannery O'Connor.
- He does most of his writing in sporadic binges between 1am and 5am.
- Was a state and national champion competitive swimmer during his childhood and teenage years. Shoulder injuries and artistic aspirations brought his swimming career to a halt half way through college.
- Was given the nickname "More blood Mollner" by crew members on the set of his western, "Henry John and the Little Bug", after pushing his effects people to add obscene amounts of theatrical blood to one of the actors faces to show the result of a pistol whip.
- Grew up in Las Vegas, Nevada.
