Award-winning Charles H. Joslain has been at the heart of the filmmaking and advertising industry for the last 10 years, enjoying a diverse mix of short films (Crude, The Rejection, London Lite), adverts (Unicef, Danone, Alfresco), music videos (Sick Individuals, Tally Koren, The Chaps) and as of 2015 a Vimeo-distributed TV documentary shot on Mount Everest: Between Snow & Stars.
Charles was born in Nantes, France and grew up in Paris, France before moving to the UK for his filmmaking studies at the University for the Creative Arts. After graduating in 2006 he moved to Munich, Germany, to work for legendary the Dedo Weigert, double-Oscar winner and inventor of the industry standard DedoLight. Charles met Mark II Production CEO Aleksej Berkovic and started writing & directing adverts under the guidance of his new mentor until early 2009 when he returned to London to establish himself as a Creative Director.
Charles is now attached as writer & director to the feature film project 'Trunk', after signing with producer Ace Salvador from Digital Riot Media.
