Real S. Florido is a film and content producer, director, and writer from the Philippines. He produced Iska (2019) directed by Theodore Boborol, and Third Is My First (2014) directed by him. He also created and produced original content for TV and digital platforms such as "Protégé" (2011-2012) aired on GMA 7, directed "Ampalaya Chronicles" (2020-2021), an anthology movie series on iWant TFC, "Habangbuhay" on Vivamax (2021), "Bakit Di Mo Sabihin" (2022), Pilgrim: 500 Years of Catholic Faith in the Philippines (2022) and "Will You Be My Ex" (2022).
His full-length 3rd Is MY 1st (2014) debuted in the 10th Cinemalaya. The film competed and won Gender Sensitivity Award at the 2nd QCinema International Film Festival 2014, won Rising Star Award for Full Length Feature at Canada International Film Festival 2015, and an official selection to the Hawaii International Film Festival 2014, and Jersey City International Film Festival 2015. He produced Iska (2019), a film that won best sound, best script, and best actress in Cinemalaya 2019, won Best Actress at Harlem International Film Festival, won Best Screenplay at Asian Film Festival Barcelona, and competed in Bengaluru and Portoviejo. After working in GMA Broadcasting Network for 13 years as a creative producer, writer, and director, he now focuses on managing his boutique production company, Firestarters Productions Inc. He is currently producing, writing, and directing content for digital platforms, big local studios, and television.
He is the Executive Vice President and Chief Creative Officer of the award-winning film and content production company, CreaZion Studios.
