Anthony started his career after meeting miniature guru Derek Meddings
back in 1988 on Tim Burtons "Batman". He then went on to work out of
Pinewood & Shepperton Studios as a model builder and junior special
effects artist. Due to his love of photography and oil painting, he
entered post-production as a Matte Artist and compositor. Anthony has
worked in both traditional and digital visual effects as well as
designing front and end titles for feature films including "Tristan &
Isolde", " V for Vendetta" and "Wallance and Gromit, The Curse of the
Were-Rabbit". He also supervised a short feature for the BBC and as 'On
Set' VFX supervisor for director Farhan Akhtar's 'DON' sequel staring
Shah Rukh Khan. Anthony has worked for Visual Effects Supervisors,
Stephane Ceretti, (Thor: Dark World) Simon Carr (Soloman Kane, Conan)
Angus Bickerton (Angels and Demons), Leigh Took ( Wolfman, Band of
Brothers, Batman), David Kuklish (Outlander)and Brian Johnson (Empire
Strikes Back, Aliens). Directors worked for include, Guy Ritchie, Ridley Scott, Kevin Reynolds,
Nick Park, Gurinder Chadha, Mary McGuckian, Jonathan
English and Marc Forby. After he completed Matte painting on the BBC
Television drama 'Bert & Dickie' and on Andrew Stanton's John Carter'
both with Cinesite and Disney directly, he went on to work for Reliance
Media & Digital Domain on various projects including the sequel to 'Gi
Joe' for Paramount.
