Rlje Films, a business unit of AMC Networks, will release the action film White Elephant on DVD and Blu-ray August 2, 2022. It will be available on DVD for an Srp of 29.96 and on Blu-ray for an Srp of 29.97.

Directed by Jesse V. Johnson White Elelphant was written by Johnson and Erik Martinez (Kung Fu Pho). The film stars Michael Rooker, Bruce Willis, Olga Kurylenko, Vadhir Derbez and John Malkovich.

In White Elephant, when an assassination attempt is witnessed by two cops, Gabriel Tancredi, an ex-marine turned mob enforcer (Michael Rooker), is ordered by his ruthless mob boss (Bruce Willis) to eliminate any and all threats. With an eager underling out to prove himself, rival gangs making moves and a rising body count, every step Tancredi makes threatens lives…including his own.

Jesse V. Johnson may well be the best director of action films working today. And his latest film, White Elephant may be Bruce Willis’s best chance to add another memorable to his list of credits. Or at least one that’s memorable for the right reasons.

Gabriel Tancredi is an enforcer working for Arnold (Bruce Willis). They have Carlos deal with a rival who won’t negotiate. He handles the matter, but a pair of cops, Vanessa and her partner see him making his escape. Arnold gives Gabriel and Carlos forty-eight hours to take care of that problem. And they get half the job done quickly and easily. But finishing it off may be more work than they expected.
