After working in Greek Film and Primetime Television for over a decade, Yannis immigrated to Los Angeles to focus on his unique and passionate storytelling style, which often infuses a little sense of humor, fantasy, science-fiction and the supernatural into the ordinary lives of the characters.
Yannis' work plays a lot with the nature of reality: Questioning it, toying with it, and molding it in surprising and unexpected ways to create intense, emotionally engaging stories, regardless of genre. His films have screened and won awards in numerous festivals around the world.
Yannis has a thing for penguins but it's strictly platonic.
