Tim Love(I)
Tim Love is a celebrity chef known for his style of Western Urban Cuisine and the owner of multiple restaurants in Texas, including the Lonesome Dove Western Bistro, Love Shack, Woodshed Smokehouse, the White Elephant Saloon, and Queenie's Steakhouse.
Love first appeared on television in 2007 on Iron Chef America, where he defeated Japanese Iron Chef Masaharu Morimoto in the "Chile Pepper" battle. Since then, he's appeared on Top Chef Masters and The Next Iron Chef as a contestant. He was also invited as a guest judge on several episodes of Top Chef and acted as a recurring judge on the short-lived TV series Best In Smoke.
In 2014, Love began hosting the TV series Restaurant Startup, a reality show in the style of Shark Tank. Love and his co-host Joe Bastianich choose two teams of potential restaurateurs, who then have 36 hours to develop a business plan and re-pitch their idea to Love and Bastianich.
