Matt Wallace(VIII)
- Writer
A screenwriter, novelist, and the award-winning author of over one
hundred short stories, Matt left school and the Southern California
home of his birth at age 15 to become a professional wrestler. He spent
the remainder of his formative years at the legendary Doghouse in
Queens, New York, training alongside current TNA and WWE superstars
Homicide and Kaval as well as studying martial arts and pursuing his
first love of fiction. After a decade of traveling North America as a
pro-wrestler and combat instructor he retired to write full-time. He
was first published at 24, saw the release of his first short story
collection at 25, and signed on to pen his first screenplay at 26. He's
since written for film and television, as well as penning Web 2.0
content ranging from internet series and comics to podcasts. He now
resides in Los Angeles and bleeds exclusively on the blank page.
