Jorge G. Camarena is a writer/director born in Guadalajara, Mexico, where he majored in Communication Sciences. He holds an MFA as a Directing Fellow at the AFI Conservatory. He is a BAFTA Newcomers talent. He has received awards and nominations such as a Best Video at the Latin Grammy Awards, 4 nominations for the MTV Video Awards, a Student Emmy nomination and a grand prize at the DGA Student Award.
